Cart Value of upto INR 1,000: Shipping Charges applicable 

Cart Value INR 1,000 & above: SHIPPING FREE

 

 All Other Products

Cart Value of upto INR 2,000: Shipping Charges applicable

Cart Value INR 2,000 & above: SHIPPING FREE

Please note that for Cash on Delivery Orders, INR 50/- is applicable over & above the said shipping charges. 

Also, Cash on Delivery Facility is available only for Orders delivered within India. For International Shipping, Cash on Delivery is not applicable. 

International Shipping

The Shipping charges for International packages is based on volumetric package weight of upto 500gm. Shipping charges for bigger than 500gm volumetric weight packages will be additional.

For International parcels, any import & customs duty if levied by the receiving port shall be payable by the customer as per the local laws of the destination country. Exotica Creations will not be responsible for the same.

We dispatch the Orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. In case of of any further delay due to unforeseen reasons, the client will be contacted and consulted before dispatch.

The product will be shipped using standard courier services like Delhivery, FedEx, Ekart, Shadowfax etc based on the availability of their services.

Exotica Creations will not be responsible  for any delay in the delivery of the products due to delay from the courier company or any other unforseen circumstances

The docket details of the courier will be shared with the customer as soon as the product is dispatched. Further tracking of the status of the delivery can be done on the courier company's website directly by the customer and will not be the responsibility of Exotica Creations

It takes minimum 2 business days for the courier company to deliver the product however the same can be extended in case of delay by the courier company

Loss of the courier will be sole responsibility of the courier company and should be taken up with them

Standard shipping rates shall be applicable as per the total order value of the cart

In case the customer has any preferred courier service, they shall mention the same during check-out and additional charges if any will be communicated offline for the same.
