Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy on selected products from the date of delivery.
Products like Rakhi and its accessories, festive decoratives, Bandanwars, Platters, Semi-Precious Jewellery, Hampers, Wedding Accessories, Pooja Articles, Wedding Rituals & Gifting products are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There can be slight variation in the design of the Rakhi products depending on the availability of raw material and thus may vary slightly from the images on the website.
Chinese electric tea lights, cork kights, and other battery-operated lights accompanied with our products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, in case of any damages to these products during transit, Exotica Creations will not be liable for any refund.
There can be a slight change in the design of the floral bunches of the physical product as compared to the images on the website.
The dimensions specified with products are tentative dimensions closest to the actual product. However, the actual size may vary slightly from the dimensions specified as the products are hand crafted.
To start a return, you can contact us at exoticacreations1998@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation charges applicable on the product if the cancellation request is placed by the customer before the same is dispatched from our store.
If the cancellation request is received before dispatch of goods via Whatsapp or email, we shall process the cancellation and refund the amount to the original payment mode within 48 hours of receiving the request. It takes 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect at the source, depending upon the mode of transaction.
In case the refund request is received after the good's dispatch, Exotica Creations reserves the right to deny the cancellation on a case-to-case basis. However, if the cancellation is approved, the onward and return freight charges will be deducted before refunding the amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the shipment if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The customer is expected to produce an unboxing video of the package at the time of claiming damage in transit. The final decision regarding the return or replacement of such goods will be taken by the company and shall be acceptable to all.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Rakhi and all accessories, decorative items, bandanwars, platters, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The final decision regarding the return of the products will be taken by the company and will be communicated accordingly to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
